I've come to realize that if I want to be successful in this business, I need to be accountable with all my actions. I need to continue to work very hard with all my contacts on a daily basis. My confidence level has increased tremendously and I need that for my survival in sales. Another benefit of JTM is having the camaraderie within our group and learning how to work well with one another.
