Listings Can Be Deadly!

Many brokers will say to a new agent, "Go get a listing. Listers Last!" They have been telling new agents that for thirty years, or more.

A listing in the right hands can be terrific. It can be a business generator and significant part of your income.

It can also be the kiss of death if you are new to the business.
