Crucial questions to ask any brokerage you interview:
- How fast will I be in front of a REAL buyer?
Will I recognize the buyer and will I KNOW what to say?
- Where will my next transaction come from? What about the ten after that? When I have finished with my family deals, will I have a proven method of generating business for the life of my career?
- Is my Training all in the classroom? Or will I have hands-on field training?
- Will I have constant support to stay on track?
- Will I be shown exactly what to do and how to do it? Will I have a structured, proven training system? Are the trainers proven professionals?
- How many of your new agents actually are still here after 2 years?
- How much will getting productive cost me at your firm?
